Hello again, dear reader!
Initially, I planned a vacation to Bogor last week.. I was imagining long walks through the beautiful Taman Bunga Nusantara, breathing in fresh air, and trying out some local delicacies. Everything sounded perfect. But as they say, “Man plans, and God laughs.” The trip got canceled, and honestly, I felt a little down.
But instead of spending the day feeling disappointed, I decided to do something spontaneous—I went to the cinema and watched the movie Jumbo. And wow, it was such a great decision!
There’s something magical about being in a theater. The dark, cozy atmosphere, the booming sound system, and the giant screen that pulls you right into the story. Jumbo tells the story of Don, a big boy who’s often underestimated by his friends. When a storybook left behind by his parents gets stolen, he feels lost and confused. But then he meets Meri, a mysterious little fairy, and everything changes. The adventure that follows helps him find courage, self-worth, and the true meaning of friendship. It was touching, fun, and full of heartwarming messages about bravery, family, and connection.
After the movie, my stomach started growling, so I headed over to Yoshinoya for something to eat.
With a full stomach and still some energy to burn, I made one last spontaneous stop at Timezone. Best. Decision. Never. I tried everything: starting with Basketball Machine, moving on to Dance Dance Revolution (my favorite), and capping it off with a VR game that felt like stepping into another world. Time just flew by. I played, and collected tickets to exchange for cute little prizes. It was like being a kid again, and I loved every second of it.
By the time I got home, I was smiling ear to ear. That day turned out to be the kind of day you don’t plan, but end up cherishing forever. It taught me something important—sometimes, when things don’t go the way we expect, they make space for something even better to happen.
So here I am, thinking about next week. Should I go to Bogor like I originally planned? Or should I try somewhere completely new? I haven’t decided yet. And maybe that’s okay. Because if there's anything this day has shown me, it’s that unplanned moments can bring the most joy.
What about you? Got any ideas for my next weekend adventure? Feel free to share them in the comments—I’d love to hear from you.
Until next time, stay colorful and full of laughter 💫
Tangerang, April 29, 2025 - Behind the often mundane routines, life sometimes surprises us with small, unexpected moments that end up becoming the highlight of our day. I had one of those moments recently, and I’d love to share the story with you.

And here's the best part—I got lucky and received a 30K voucher for my next visit! It felt like a little reward from the universe for not giving in to disappointment. A small win, yes, but the timing was just right. It reminded me that happiness often comes from simple, unexpected moments.
